He studied at the University of Costa Rica, where he is a professor of international contracts. He completed the Master’s programmes in Corporate Legal Consultancy at the Carlos III University of Madrid and in the General Data Protection Regulation at the UNED (Madrid) and the Spanish Agency for the Protection of Personal Data.
