Artem Doudko FCIArb, a solicitor-advocate, is a Partner in the London Dispute Resolution Practice at Osborne Clarke LLP, specialising in complex international disputes with a particular focus on international arbitration. Artem acts both as counsel and as arbitrator.

Artem focuses on complex international arbitration and litigation involving states, corporations and high net-worth individuals. Artem has worked for a broad spectrum of international clients, advising them on a wide range of complex strategic, substantive and jurisdictional issues. Artem has experience of investment and commercial arbitration conducted in accordance with all of the major rules of arbitration, and commercial litigation in the English courts.
Representative Experience:
- LCIA Arbitration – Representing a Cyprus-based Respondent in an LCIA Arbitration worth EUR 300 million about division of assets and related matters.
- ICC Arbitration – Presiding arbitrator in an international ICC arbitration regarding claims worth in excess of US$10million relating to an investment into a joint venture in the space industry.
- Aircraft Lease Multiple Breaches Dispute – Representing a defendant aircraft leasing company in a dispute involving multiple claims under a number of aircraft leases.
- Representing Energy Trader – Representing an energy trading business regarding the termination of a contractual relationship. Dispute settled.
- Family Office Investment – Advising a family office of UHNW family on an investment into a UK-based technology business. Achieving a substantial multimillion recovery for the client.
From drafting the arbitration clause in a contract to final hearing of disputes and beyond to oral advocacy at the final hearing, Osborne Clarke has extensive experience of the most complex commercial and treaty-based disputes.
The team frequently acts on disputes from around the world and under all the major rules (including those of the International Chamber of Commerce, the London Court of International Arbitration, the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, DIS (the German Arbitration Institute), the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the United Nation Commission on International Trade Law and ICISD.)
